The Chieftains Bring New Album 'Voice Of Ages' To Letterman, CBS News Sunday Morning And NPR.org This Week
St. Patrick's Day Show With Special Guests The Low Anthem Set For Carnegie Hall March 17
The Chieftains celebrated their 50th anniversary with the release of their new album 'Voice of Ages' (Hear Music/Concord) earning the legendary Irish band their highest career Billboard debut ever and critical raves - "killer" (Rolling Stone) + "vibrant" (USA Today) - across the board. Look for The Chieftains to be featured this week on The Late Show with David Letterman on Tuesday, March 13th, performing with 'Voice of Ages' collaborators The Low Anthem, and on CBS Sunday Morning March 18th. In addition, an upcoming Chieftains /Low Anthem performance will begin streaming at NPR Music (npr.org) @6PM Friday March 16th.
Currently on tour, The Chieftains will celebrate St. Patrick‚s Day at Carnegie Hall featuring a special guest appearance by The Low Anthem.
